What is The Landing?
The Landing is a hope-filled support program for teens struggling with unusually difficult challenges, which often lead to addictive behaviors that threaten to rob their joy and peace. Our goal is to help hurting teens who are living a life that is too hard for them to figure out on their own. We get it.
The Landing is NOT a therapy program. It is a support program that is designed to come alongside the teen who is serious about working on their specific struggle with the help of peers and leaders who will provide the support and accountability necessary to gain victory and healing.
Specifically for teens age 13-17, The Landing is structured to assist youth struggling with addictions, life’s hurts, habits and hang-ups. Some specific challenges might include broken homes, divorce, peer pressure, self-worth, loneliness, depression, abuse, substance abuse and pornography.

The Landing:
- Allows teens to work with peers and supportive, caring, trained adult leaders who truly understand.
- Opens the lines of communication and shows teens they are not alone.
- Offers a safe place for teens to express themselves and learn life-changing tools to find freedom, peace and victory.
The Landing is not a lecture-style program. Teens are involved in all aspects of the program – they write, draw, talk, role play, answer questions and more. Meetings include engaging activities, worship songs, videos and lessons on specific addictive behavior topics such as denial, helplessness, hope and giving God control, and much more.
The Landing is available for all teens – all are welcome! They can start at any time and do not need to attend CLA to participate. Registration is not required – just show up! If you would like to register ahead of time, please do so here.
Confidentiality and providing a safe place for teens are critical to helping them gain victory over their challenges. Each of our leaders is carefully chosen, vetted and trained.
