Important Reminders

Arrive on time. This includes being on time for your makeup appointment. Delays can cause a ripple effect and delay the entire evening. If you have an unexpected delay, please text Amy George at (717) 919-0484.
Check the makeup schedule. Veronica and her team from Vero Leigh will apply makeup to all cast members. Yes, even the men.
Learn the music. Even though this is a video recording only, all vocals and musicians should know the songs well enough to look like you are actually performing.
Wrinkle-free for the win! Please ensure that all wardrobe items you bring with you are wrinkle-free and lint-free (we will have lint rollers available). We will not iron your clothes for you.

Closed Set

The Christmas Special video shoots are “closed sets,” and attendance is limited to cast and crew only. We do this to ensure that our teams can move efficiently through the production process and due to limited space (particularly in the Sound Stage).

Please refrain from inviting friends and family to join you on set.

If you have a specific need or circumstance that requires you to have someone accompany you, please contact Amy George at ageorge@CLA.CHURCH or (717) 919-0484 so we aware of the situation ahead of time.

No jeans or leggings, and no skirts

No sequins or glittered clothing
Jewelry is OK, but no statement pieces
No t-shirts, sweatshirts, athletic wear or sleeveless shirts
You will have choir robes on, so we recommend that you don't wear anything too heavy.

Additional Details for Choir

Please meet in the back of the sanctuary when you arrive. You will be fitted for choir robes there at that time.
Dinner will not be provided for choir, so please plan to eat before you arrive.
Please arrive camera ready.

Makeup Schedule

Why are the makeup appointments so early? Women's makeup takes approximately 45 minutes each, and men take 15 minutes. There are 1-2 makeup artists per night, so we need to schedule accordingly to fit everyone in. Please arrive for your makeup appointment on time and with a clean face (ladies, no makeup). Only makeup will be provided. Ladies, please have your hair styled before you arrive. Makeup will be setup in The Loft.
